Yes that says 1935.. but it’s still worth a read. You could change the date and the $ amounts and you would think you were reading about current debates.

Sometimes refered to as an early SKYBUS study. But if you want to see where a lot of the current transportation infrastructure got started. If you just read one thing, this should be it.
